She began her nursing career in the Emergency Department, where she developed exceptional clinical judgment, precision and the ability to perform confidently in high-pressure environments- skills that continue to shape her approach to aesthetic medicine.

Throughout her career, Arsha has worked closely with renowned plastic surgeons and experienced aesthetic injectors, developing a refined eye for facial harmony and a thoughtful patient-centered treatment philosophy. She believes aesthetic medicine is both an art and a science, focused on enhancing facial balance while preserving each patient’s unique features.

Arsha completed advanced clinical injector training at Revance Therapeutics headquarters, where she collaborated with leading aesthetic providers and further refined techniques in full-face balancing and patient-specific treatment planning. Her favorite treatments include facial contouring and lip enhancement, where she focuses on creating balanced, refreshed, and elegant outcomes.
