Cancellation Policy

Appointments at The Glow Effect are reserved specifically for each patient and require dedicated time and preparation. To maintain appropriate scheduling and availability, the following cancellation policy applies.

Patients are asked to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Late cancellations and no-shows limit the clinic’s ability to offer appointments to other patients. Repeated missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in restricted scheduling or require prepayment for future bookings.
